The fate of accused child killer Jesse Wendelsdorf of Spirit Lake is expected to go to a Buena Vista County jury this afternoon. The 26-year-old is charged in the January beating death of his girlfriend’s two-year-old daughter. Closing arguments in the case begin at 1 p-m.
