Students raise money for baseball

A group of bicyclists from the state of Washington known as “The Legends of the Road” will take part in baseball games across Dubuque County this week in an effort to promote The Negro League baseball museum in Kansas City. Dyersville area chamber of commerce executive director Mark Singsank says the group is made up of primarily high school students.Singsank says the group will be spending a few days in the county.The group left Seattle June 25th and has traveled a total of 38-hundred miles across the U-S and portions of Canada.
