One of Iowa’s representatives in the nation’s capitol thinks the Federal Reserve Board will -not- raise interest rates at today’s meeting. Senator Chuck Grassley says the economy is good and inflation is low, so the interest rates should be left alone.Grassley says he opposes increases in interest rates as the move can be especially harmful to Iowa.The Fed has raised rates one-and-three-quarter points since June of last year.
