Waterloo police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing39-year-old Waterloo woman. Tracey Ann Carson was last seen at a Waterloobar called Polly’s Place on Saturday night. She was celebrating herupcoming 40th birthday, which is tomorrow. Friends say she vanished around11 p.m.
