Clinton administrator hangs on to job

An eastern Iowa city official will keep his job — for now. Embattled Clinton City Administrator George Langmack would have been fired last night but the Mayor overrode the vote. The city council voted 4-3 for Langmack to be terminated after 13 years at the post.
