More thunderstorms are creating more trouble in eastern Iowa cities like Davenport. The rain from the storms is causing the Mississippi River to rise again, before the recent flooding had a chance to recede very far. The new crest is expected tomorrow about six-and-a-half feet over flood stage. The Iowa National Guard has boosted the number of troops in Davenport from 25 to 75 to help with security, traffic and levee patrols.
