The Iowa Hawkeyes are the second seed in the Big Ten softball tournament which begins in Ann Arbor, Michigan this morning. The Hawkeyes will open this afternoon against the winner of the game between Ohio State and Wisconsin. Iowa swept two games from regular season champ Michigan two weeks ago and coach Gayle Blevins says they like their chances.Blevins says in a double elimination tournament it is not who you play but how you play.Blevins feels the opening game may be the most important in this tournament.Blevins says they would like the automatic spot into the N-C-A-A regionals but feels based on their record they are in no matter what.
