A Mason City T-V anchorwoman who disappeared nearly six years ago has been declared legally dead.The legal move on Monday allows the family of Jodi Huisentruit to settle her estate. She was presumed abducted in June of 1995 and there’s no evidence to suggest she’s still alive.
