The holiday weekend death toll has risen by one, after an eastern Iowa man died in a wreck.Early this morning, Jackson County officials say 25-year-old Darin Helmle of Clinton County was speeding, missed a curve, hit an embankment and rolled his car. Helmle was thrown from the car and died at the scene.
