Davenport police nab man who robbed at cemeteries

Quad City authorities believe they’ve captured a lowly thief who targeted mourners at graveyards. Davenport police say 26-year-old Timothy Seefeldt of Davenport is charged with theft and burglary in Davenport and Rock Island, Illinois. He allegedly stole purses from the cars of people while they visited cemeteries in both cities, usually elderly women. Seefeldt is also accused of pick-pocketing one person at a Quad City graveyard.
