Another state university president plans to donate their pay increase. Following on the heels of University of Iowa president Mary Sue Coleman’s announcement that she’ll donate her 40-thousand dollar pay raise to the university, University of Northern Iowa president Robert Koob says he’ll give his 31-thousand dollar pay raise to his school. Koob will donate the money to U-N-I’s “Students First” fundraising campaign. Koob and Coleman received double-digit salary increases this year to bring their pay in line with that of new Iowa State University president Gregory Geoffrey.
