Goss says the downturn is like a lingering cold.Dr. Goss says Iowa’s economy has been in the survey’s “weak” category for several months, and the forecast doesn’t look very promising for any favorable news on the horizon.Goss predicts Iowa’s economy won’t see a significant upturn until early in 2002.
