A northeastern Iowa woman is charged with ripping off smokes from her employer.A Manchester woman is accused of stealing 10-thousand dollars in cigarettes from the grocery store where she worked. 31-year-old Kathy Bowers allegedly stole the smokes over an 18-month period and sold them to other people.
