All forms of air travel have been impacted by the terrorist attacks on America. The annual Southwest Iowa Professional Hot Air Balloon Races in Creston have been pushed back to next weekend. Ellen Gerharz is the program manager for the Creston Chamber of Commerce.Gerharz says the celebration will likely be smaller because of the delay.
