The former director of a “boot camp” to rehabilitate juvenile offenders is in the Scott County jail.36-year-old John Michael Bolsinger had been put on administrative leave from the Summit Program the end of August. Police arrested him today, saying he used his job to coerce at least three boys into sexual acts between September 2000 and August 2001. Bolsinger faces three counts each of third-degree sexual abuse, sexual exploitation by a counselor, and sexual misconduct with offenders. Bolsinger made his first court appearance and is jailed in lieu of 200-thousand dollars bond. Investigation continues.
