The top ranked teams remain the same in the latest Radio Iowa high school football poll. West Des Moines Dowling remains top ranked in class 4A and the Maroons will play their second ranked opponent this week when they visit fifth ranked Ankeny. Iowa City High is second, Bettendorf is third and Newton is fourth. Harlan remains top rated in 3A. Grinnell is second, then its clear lake, Creston and Western Dubuque. Dike New Hartford is top ranked in 2A followed by Sigourney Keota, Mount Vernon, Emmetsburg and Williamsburg. In 1A Southern Cal is top rated, Aplington Parkersburg is second. West Lyon, Council Bluffs St. Albert and Hinton complete the top five. Hubbard-Radcliffe is top ranked in class A, Manning is second then its IKM, Northwood Kensett and Fredricksburg. Adair Casey remains number one in eight man, Sentral of Fenton is second. Aurelia, East Greene and Lamoni round out the top five.
