Voters are headed to the polls this morning in and around Oskaloosa. Mahaska County voters are deciding whether to extend the current six-percent sales tax by 15-years. For the past ten years, it’s paid for the county jail and law enforcement center. Also on the ballot, an additional one-percent sales tax for the schools for ten years.
