Fire has gutted a downtown business in a small community north of Waterloo. Firefighters were called out about six o’clock last night to Foster’s Sales and Service on Main Street in Tripoli. All contents were lost. No one is reported hurt. A nearby car dealership was also damaged by smoke and water. The state fire marshal will be in Tripoli today, looking for the cause of the fire.
