A Dyersville man will be inducted into the National Farm Toy Hall of Fame during a ceremony this evening. Dave Bell, C-E-O of Spec-Cast Incorporated in Dyersville, will be honored for his hard work and dedication to the farm-toy industry. Only 1 or 2 people from across the nation are inducted into the Farm-Toy Hall of Fame each year.
