Police believe vandals may be responsible for a bombing in Davenport. Police say a four-foot section of storm sewer was blown up along a busy east Davenport street Friday. Police says the culprits dropped explosives into the pipe, and police say the vandals were lucky to escape uninjured. Witnesses say juveniles are involved.
