The U-S House passed the bipartisan bioterrorism bill Wednesday, and Iowa Congressman Leonard Boswell says it’s the start to ensuring such attacks are stopped.Boswell says the key is to keep looking forward so that the attacks don’t occur. Boswell says the bill provides money for those on the front lines against bioterrorist attack.On the issue of an old threat, Boswell says he’s not sure if pulling out the the anti-ballistic missile treaty with Russia is a good idea.Boswell says it’s “a sticky wicket” and he’s not sure we’re doing the right thing.
