Former Iowa State player Vinny Cerrato has returned as the player personnel director for the Washington Redskins. Cerrato was fired from the same job last year by coach Marty Shottenheimer. He says his job is to get the players for new coach Steve Spurrier. He says that means getting some speed on offense.Cerrato played for Iowa State from 1977 to 1981.
