No charges are expected to be filed in the death of a western Iowa boy. A 16-month-old Council Bluffs boy died Tuesday after his father left him alone in a high chair for four hours. A preliminary autopsy shows that Eric Bucci died of suffocation. Police say the father, Michael Bucci, apparently fell asleep while the boy was in the high chair. Police are still investigating, but they say it’s unlikely that they’ll file charges.
