An eastern Iowa man is caught in the web of the law after allegedly misusing the World Wide Web. A Davenport man has been arrested in an Internet sting. 41-year-old Nicholas Garcia has been charged with interstate travel-sexual abuse of a minor. That’s a felony. Authorities say Garcia drove to Chicago to have sex with a 14-year-old girl he had met on the Internet about a week ago. But the child was actually a decoy working for the Cook County Sheriff’s Office. Garcia was picked up Monday and remains in custody.
