CR man accused of using car as a weapon

Cedar Rapids police arrested a man late Wednesday night after they say he used his car as a weapon.42-year-old Tyrone Pierce of Cedar Rapids allegedly slammed his vehicle into a car full of passengers, and then hit another car. Police stopped Pierce about 11 P-M after several citizens reported the rampage. No one was hurt. He’s charged with O-W-I, assault with a dangerous weapon, hit and run and other charges.
