The Clinton County sheriff has finished an investigation of a mailbox bomb hoax in the town of Delmar. Two boys put a device in the mailbox on Monday to play a prank on their sister, but then forgot about the device and left it in the mailbox. Their mother discovered it and called authorities. No charges are expected to be filed. The family plans to discipline the boys.
