A deadly motorcycle crash north of Davenport is still being studied. LeClaire police say they’re waiting for toxicology test results before wrapping up an investigation into a traffic fatality. 23-year-old Paul Mooney the fourth died after his motorcycle left the roadway and struck a group of trees last Friday night. Mooney died at the scene of massive head injuries; he was not wearing a helmet.
