A Creston family has filed a lawsuit in the drowning death of their daughter.Fawn Miller and the estate of Brittany Bronnenberg have sued the Y-M-C-A. The lawsuit also alleges the lifeguard on duty refused to provide the girl a life jacket. It also claims the Y-M-C-A’s administrators were negligent in providing proper training for their employees. It asks for an unspecified amount of compensatory and punitive damages.
