Victim identified in Northwest Iowa wreck

The highway patrol has identified the victim of a weekend wreck in northwest Iowa.Fifty-nine-year-old Charles Simons of Marcus died in the early Sunday morning crash in Marcus. Troopers say Simons’ pickup truck collided with a trailer that had become stuck and was blocking the street. The driver of the other vehicle had left the trailer to get help, but left on all lights and flashers. No charges have been filed.
