There won’t quite be 76 trombones, but there will be plenty of other shining, blaring horns as the Grand Celebration of Brass Bands gets underway in Cedar Rapids later this morning. Vicki Hughes is spokeswoman for the Ushers Ferry Historic Village, where the celebration starts at 11 A-M.
