The DuPont plant in Clinton that makes plastic shrink-wrap has been sold. The new owner is the Bemis Company, which is based in Minnesota.The Clinton plant’s 400 workers will be kept on by the new owner. Bemis is the nation’s largest manufacturer of plastic wrap. The deal should be completed by August.
