The University of Iowa’s Center for Agricultural Safety — I-CASH — is taking nominations for a new Hall of Fame Award. I-CASH associate director Eileen Fisher says they’re looking for someone who’s spent several years working to make agriculture safer. Fisher says it’s easy to nominate someone.She says you just need to write a simple letter telling why you think the person should be nominated, and get two other people to write supporting letters. There’s an entry form on the I-CASH website. She says the winner will get a modest prize. of 100-dollars prize and a plaque that’ll be presented during Farm Safety Week. Fisher says the deadline to submit entries is July 1st.
