Details are just now being released about a boy who allegedly fired on deputies this week in southeast Iowa. 12-year-old Roger Wales Junior, of rural Bussey, allegedly fired a shotgun at Marion County sheriff’s deputies Monday night during a two-hour standoff at the boy’s home. No one was hurt. It’s unclear what caused the incident. Wales is charged with three counts of assault.
