All seven of the men wanted for questioning in a drive-by shooting death are now in the custody of Davenport police. Nine-year-old Deanna Shipp of Madison, Wis., died Sunday night. A sixth man, Bryan Shuford, whose age is unavailable, was picked up by police. So was 27-year-old Gary Marshall of Davenport, who was arrested on unrelated charges. Following a search of his residence, police charged Marshall with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a drug stamp violation and being a felon in possession of a firearm. 21-year-old Demont Moore, one of the men who turned himself in, also has been arrested in an unrelated incident. He is charged with terrorism with intent, going armed with intent, riot, assault with injury and assault while participating in a felony in connection with a July 1 confrontation at a housing complex.
