State Patrol asks for help in identifying dangerous drivers

The highways will be busy this afternoon as travelers return home from the long weekend. Iowa State Patrol spokesman Robert Hansen says 90 extra troopers are on the road and you can help them by reporting dangerous drivers.In emergency situations, call 9-1-1, and in other cases you can call 800-525-5555. Hansen says you can also help by not becoming part of the problem.He says the problems occur when people are going too fast or don’t pay attention to their driving. The extra troopers will be on the road through today.
