A Davenport toddler was critically injured following a fall out a second-story window. One and a half year old Alexis Magginnis fell out of the window of her house a little after five p.m. yesterday. She landed on a cement sidewalk. She was taken first to a Davenport hospital, then flown to University Hospitals in Iowa City.
