A Charles City couple died in a car/semi accident on Highway 218 in Janesville Tuesday afternoon. Police say a car driven by 77-year-old Mary Stalker pulled out in front of a semi driven by 52-year-old Leslie Little of Ohio. Stalker and her passenger, 82-year-old Lyle Stalker, were pronounced dead at the scene. Little was not injured. It was the 10th fatality in Bremer County this year.
