The young woman who was killed in a two-vehicle accident Friday night in Webster County has been identified.17-year-old Tia Marie Lambert of Stratford was killed. She was a passenger in a car driven by Colleen Kennedy of Webster City. The car collided with a pickup truck at a county road intersection. The truck was driven by Tracy Bailey of Cincinnati, Ohio. Bailey and a passenger were NOT hurt. Kennedy was injured. Lambert was pronounced dead at the scene. Charges are pending. The accident is under investigation.
