The Iowa State Cyclones close out the Big-12 race at Colorado. I-S-U is 7-4 after a 58-7 loss at Kansas State. Coach Dan McCarney says the Cyclones still have a chance to make a statement with a couple of wins to close the season. McCarney says there are only eight teams in ISU history that have recorded eight or more wins. McCarney says that means the 2002 still has a change to make history, and they’re proud of the season and hope to finish it up right. This will mark Iowa State’s final chance to win a Big-12 road game, and they’ll face the defending Big 12 champions in Colorado. While the series with Kansas State has been one-sided the Cyclones have fared much better against Colorado.
