Two Manchester teenagers are facing charges after being caught hiding in a window well at West Delaware High School with money and other items allegedly stolen in a break-in at the school. Police arrested 17-year-old Ryan Jellison and 14-year-old John Conner. They believe the two broke into the school through a window and then entered the office area. Both are charged with third-degree burglary and criminal mischief. Jellison was also charged with carrying weapons after police dicovered he was carrying a large knife. Both have been released to their parents and their case has been referred to juvenile court authorities.
