A high-profile trial in Plymouth County resumed today, after a long weekend break. The Donald Boss murder trial began without the jury there in the Plymouth County courtroom. The judge heard motions by both sides as Boss’s attorney asked the court to acquit his client. Defense lawyer Mike Williams argued the prosecution didn’t present sufficient evidence last week for a conviction. Assistant Attorney General Chuck Bowman resisted the motion, and the judge overruled it.
