Mistrial declared in Prusha case

District Court Judge David Danielson has declared a mistrial in the child endangerment trial of Amanda Prusha who was charged in the death of her two year-old son. Judge Danielson said Prusha would not be able to receive a fair and impartial trial after remarks family members and friends made that were interpreted by the judge to be an attempt to intimidate the witnesses. The mistrial means Prusha could be tried again.
