The Iowa Hawkeyes outscored Penn State 19-2 to end the game in a 75-55 Big Ten win in State College Wednesday night. Junior Sean Sonderlieter had 18-points and 11 rebounds, career highs in both, as Iowa improves to 4-3 in the Big Ten. Sonderlieter says this puts them back on track after a three-game losing streak. He says they’re now even when it comes to conference games. Sonderlieter was a factor as the Hawks solved their first half rebounding problems. He says they struggled to rebound and keep Penn State off the boards, but says they boxed out and corrected the problem in the second half. Iowa visits Michigan on Saturday.
