It’s also his inlaws’ anniversary, and the daughter who’s having a birthday today is also getting married tonight. “Valentine’s Day is a very special day around the Horbach house,” he says. The stars must be alligned for the family, but Horbach says he can’t explain the coincidence or convergence of events, but he says February 14, 2003 will be a very special day for the Horbach family. Horbach jokes that he tried to talk his daughter out of getting married on her birthday as for the rest of her life her new husband will only have to buy one gift to cover Valentine’s Day, her birthday and their anniversary. Horbach is an insurance agent and a state legislator.
