The Drake Bulldogs are at home in Missouri Valley action to take on Illinois State. The Bulldogs are coming off a victory at Evansville and won the first matchup with the Redbirds on the road. Drake coach Kurt Kanaskie says the Bulldogs and Redbirds have a lot of similarities.Illinois State coach Tom Richardson says Drake sophomore Lonnie Randolph was the difference in the first meeting.Northern Iowa visits Indiana State in the Valley. U-N-I won the first matchup in Cedar Falls but coach Greg McDermott says the Sycamores are a little different right now.McDermott says freshman David Moss is playing well and has good size for a guard.Indiana State coach Royce Waltman says the Panthers give them matchup problems, and says UNI’s size has made it tough to guard them in the post.
