Former Iowa State assistant basketball coach Randy Brown will appear in court a week from today on charges he possessed child pornography and obstructing justice for allegedly destroying floppy discs containing pornography. The 45-year-old Brown was charged after a month-long investigation. ISU officials released a short statement saying Brown had resigned. Brown had been on the ISU staff for four years.
