National television will visit Iowa’s spring practice this afternoon. E-S-P-N Gameday is making several stops across the country for a spring breakdown of college football and will report from Kinnick Stadium this afternoon. Hawkeye coach Kirk Ferentz says they’re pleased and flattered that they’re coming to campus. The public is invited to attend and taping is set to begin around three-30.Ferentz says it’s nice exposure for the program to be seen nationally on cable TV.Despite some key losses from last years team which finished 11-2 Ferentz realizes national exposure can boost expectations. But, he says that’s still a good thing, as he says the more you win, the higher the expectations.
