Manchester police have arrested a Hiawatha man on a sexual abuse charged in connection with an incident last month involving a 14-year old girl. 23-year-old Richard Colborn was arrested this week in sexual abuse charges. Police say he was visiting a Manchester-area home on April 3, Colborn had inappropriate sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl who was also a visitor at the home.
