The American Cancer Society is offering anyone who likes to golf the chance to earn some deals and help raise money in the fight against Cancer as well. The Midwest Golf Pass is 35-dollars and can be used at more than 45-golf courses in and around Iowa.Jennifer Lane of the American Cancer Society says the pass can be used for a free round of golf or special deals at a number of golf courses. She expects to sell nine thousand of the passes this year. Lane says golfers find the pass pays for itself in no time. She says they have people who get together and play a new course each week.Lane says one of the ways to find out which courses are tasking part is by going to their website at cancer-dot-org. Lane says all the money raised through the golf pass goes to the society’s research, education and service programs.
