A team of Iowa boys high school all-stars will get an international soccer test on Sunday as part of a doubleheader with the Des Moines Menace. Spokesman Noel Blaha says the team is made up of senior All-State performers and will play a team from Mexico. He calls it a great opportunity to play some great competition. Both the teams are part of a club system and the players are in many aspects professionals, despite being young.Blaha says the Menace would like to be part of more high school all-star competition in the future and want to team up with the state soccer coaches’ association to do that.
